We provide a 7-day free trial on all plans to let you issue first 2 cards free and test all portal features before making any payment commitment. No credit card is required to sign up for the trial.
01 Subscription Payments
Once your trial ends and you choose to upgrade to a paid monthly or yearly plan, the payments are processed via Razorpay. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
02 Refund Eligibility
As a SaaS provider, we incur server, verification, and API costs when you generate credentials. Therefore, all subscription payments are generally non-refundable.
However, we may issue refunds under the following specific circumstances:
- Double Payment: If you were charged twice for the same billing cycle due to a technical error.
- Unused Upgrades: If you upgraded your plan by mistake and requested cancellation/refund within 24 hours without using any of the premium features.
03 Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your channel settings dashboard:
- Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Your channel will retain access to all features until the billing period ends.
- No partial refunds are provided for unused periods in monthly or yearly cycles.
04 Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days through the original payment method (Razorpay). The time taken for the money to reflect in your account depends on your bank.
