AES-256 Grade Security
All reporter data, including Aadhaar details and personal photos, are encrypted using bank-grade AES-256 encryption. We host our data exclusively on secured Indian cloud servers to ensure compliance and low latency.
01 Information We Collect
We collect information necessary to issue and verify media credentials:
- Channel Data: Media name, RNI number, logo, authorized signature, and official stamp.
- Reporter Data: Full name, photo, Aadhaar/ID number (only for verification), designation, beat, and blood group.
- Usage Data: We log QR scan attempts (Time, Device, IP) to provide media houses with field analytics and prevent fraud.
02 How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely for the following purposes:
- Generating the 6-in-1 auto-document kit (ID Card, Authority Letter, etc.).
- Providing the real-time QR verification service.
- Processing subscription payments and billing.
- Sending critical account updates and technical support communications.
Note: We never sell your newsroom or reporter data to third-party marketing companies.
03 Data Access and Security
Reporter documents are NOT public by default. Access to download documents is protected by a Two-Factor Verification: Mobile Number + Date of Birth.
- Public access is limited only to the "Live Verification" status page via QR scan.
- Admin dashboards are protected by secured authentication.
- We maintain daily backups of all databases to prevent data loss.
04 Cookies
We use essential cookies to maintain your login session and enhance site performance. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings, but some features of the admin panel may not function without them.
05 Third-Party Disclosure
We only share data with trusted service providers who help us operate our platform (e.g., Razorpay for payments, SMS gateways). These partners are legally bound to keep your data confidential.
